2/3     cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1       tablespoon chia seeds
2       teaspoons honey
1       lemon, zest of
1/2      tablespoon almond butter
1 1/3  cups plain nonfat Greek yogurt, divided
1/2     cup unsweetened almond milk
1       teaspoon dry stevia, divided
1       teaspoon fresh lemon juice
2       medium tangerines

1/4     cup unsweetened almond milk
1       teaspoon dry stevia, divided
1       teaspoon fresh lemon juice
2       medium tangerines

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

1 1/2  tablespoons almond butter
2       cups plain nonfat Greek yogurt, divided
1/4     cup unsweetened almond milk
1       teaspoon dry stevia, divided
1       teaspoon fresh lemon juice
2       medium tangerines

HOW TO MAKE IT

1 In a medium bowl, add the oats, chia seeds, honey, lemon zest, almond butter, and half of yogurt. Mix until combined. Stir in the almond milk.
2 Cover the container with a lid or plastic wrap, and place in the fridge overnight, or at least six hours.
3 In the morning, uncover the container and stir in half a teaspoon of stevia.
4 In a small bowl, mix remaining yogurt and stevia with lemon juice.
5 Transfer to 2 glasses or mason jars by placing one-quarter of the oat mixture in the bottom of each glass, followed by a layer of tangerine slices. Top with a layer of oat mixture, followed by a layer of lemon yogurt mixture.
DF, V+ To make this recipe dairy-free and vegan, replace nonfat Greek yogurt with unsweetened almond milk yogurt, and 2 teaspoons of honey with 1 tablespoon of maple syrup.
