WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Red layer1 cup mixed frozen berries
2/3 cup plain or vanilla non-fat Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 cup water

1/2 cup orange juice, freshly squeezed
1/2 cup water

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

HOW TO MAKE
1. Combine all the red layer ingredients (frozen berries, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and water) in a blender and blend until achieving a thick yet smooth consistency. If it's too thick, add a little more water; and if too thin, add ice.
2. Transfer the mixture to a freezer-proof container and pop in the freezer. Rinse the blender.
3. Combine the yellow layer ingredients (frozen peaches, orange juice, and water) and blend until smooth. Similarly, add extra water if too thick; or ice if too thin until achieving the same consistency as the red layer.
4. Using a glass or dessert dish, spoon in some of the red smoothie. Add a layer of the yellow smoothie on top and continue alternating layers until you've reached the top of the glass. Enjoy!
