6 ounces spaghetti of choice4 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
15 ounces lean ground turkey, 93%
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon gro'und black pepper
2 cups Better Than Store-Bought Italian sauce
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh basil, optional

HOW TO MAKE IT:

Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the spaghetti just until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup (120 ml) of the cooking water, then drain the pasta and set aside.
2 Meanwhile, in a large, nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium- high. Add the ground turkey and cook, breaking it up and turning until crumbled, about 5 to 7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
3 Add the Italian sauce and reserved pasta cooking water. Stir to combine. Bring the sauce to a boil, then lower the heat and let simmer for 10 minutes.
4 Place the cooked spaghetti on plates and top with the Bolognese sauce. Sprinkle 2 tablespoon of Parmesan on each plate. Top with fresh basil, if desired.
