3      garlic cloves

HOW TO MAKE IT

1 Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Check that the insides of the chicken are empty by removing and discarding a possible inner bag, which some whole chickens come with. Pat the chicken dry.
2 Combine herbs, softened butter and garlic in a small bowl with salt and pepper. Mix well. Evenly spread the mixture over the chicken.
3 Transfer the chicken on a baking dish. Bake for about 45 minutes or until the chicken reaches an inner temperature of 165°F (75°C).
